Paper goods are light and cheap to post, and they arrive ruined if a corner is bent. Every Marivelle Register order leaves Pune, Maharashtra in a rigid mailer so corners do not bruise, with wall calendars rolled or flat-packed rather than folded. This page sets out what dispatch costs, how long transit takes and what happens if something goes wrong on the way.
What delivery costs
- Free on orders of ₹999 and above.
- Flat ₹49 below that — one charge for the whole order, not per planner.
- No packaging fee, no handling fee, no fuel surcharge.
When your order leaves us
Orders confirmed before 3:00 PM IST on a working day are picked the same day. We hand over to the courier within 1 business day, shipping Monday to Saturday. Dated stock is checked against the current year before it goes out — we would rather delay an order an hour than post last year’s planner.
How long it takes
After dispatch, transit runs 2–7 business days — around 2–4 business days to metro addresses and 4–7 business days across the rest of India. Counting handling, most orders arrive within 3–8 business days of confirmation. We ship with Delhivery / XpressBees; remote and hill PIN codes add a day or two.
Where we deliver
Within India only. An order placed to an address outside India is cancelled and refunded in full. PIN codes outside the courier network are flagged at checkout, before you pay.
How you pay
UPI in advance, or Cash on Delivery settled with the courier. COD is free wherever it is serviceable; a few remote PIN codes are prepaid-only and checkout says so.
Tracking
A tracking link goes out by email and SMS the moment we hand over. If nothing has moved for more than 48 hours, tell us — chasing the courier is our job, not yours.
If it arrives damaged
Record an unboxing video as you open the parcel. With that clip we replace or refund damaged, wrong or missing items straight away, at no return cost to you. Full detail is on the Refund & Returns page.
