What buyers ask about our planners and calendars — date ranges, layouts, paper weight, delivery and returns. If your question is not here, write to [email protected] and a person will answer it.

What do you sell?

Dated and undated paper organisers: academic weekly and monthly planners, extended multi-year planners with tabs, wall and desk calendars, desk pad calendars, twin-wire meeting notebooks, and lined stationery sets with envelopes. We are online-only — there is no shop to walk into.

What does an academic date range mean?

An academic planner runs July to June rather than January to December, so it covers a full school or college year in one book. Our calendar-year planners run January to December, and the undated ones let you fill in the dates yourself and start whenever you like — the sensible choice if you are buying mid-year.

Weekly, monthly or both?

A monthly spread is for dates that cannot move — exams, deadlines, invoices. A weekly spread is for how the work actually gets done. Most of our planners carry both, with monthly tabs at the front of each section and weekly pages behind. If you only ever look at a month at a glance, a desk pad calendar is cheaper and does the job better than a planner you will not open.

Will markers bleed through the pages?

Gel pens and fineliners are fine on everything we sell. Alcohol markers and heavy fountain pens will ghost on lighter stock — that is paper weight, not a defect. Where a listing states the gsm, use it; if it does not and you write with wet ink, ask us before ordering and we will check the stock ourselves.

How do wall calendars arrive?

Flat or lightly rolled in a rigid mailer, never folded, because a fold line across a printed month never flattens out. If one reaches you creased, that is transit damage and it is covered — send the unboxing video and we replace it.

What does delivery cost and how long does it take?

Shipping is free on orders of ₹999 and above. Below that a flat ₹49 is added at checkout — one fee for the whole order. Orders placed before 3:00 PM IST on a working day start packing the same day; we hand parcels to Delhivery / XpressBees within 1 business day, transit is usually 2–7 business days, so most orders land within 3–8 business days of confirmation.

How can I pay?

Two ways: UPI (prepaid) or Cash on Delivery. Nothing else. We do not accept credit cards, debit cards, net banking, PayPal or third-party wallets, so no such option appears at checkout. COD is available on most serviceable PIN codes at no extra charge.

Can I return something I changed my mind about?

Yes — you have 10 days from delivery, provided it is unused and in its original packaging with the invoice. Written-in or personalised planners cannot come back. Approved refunds are processed within 6 business days.

What if it arrives damaged or faulty?

Record an unboxing video as you open the parcel and send it within 48 hours of delivery. That clip covers damaged, defective, wrong or missing items and we arrange a free replacement or a full refund straight away, with no return shipping cost to you. This is a damaged-or-defective-on-arrival guarantee from us as the seller — it is not a six-month product warranty, and we make no manufacturer warranty claim on your behalf.

How do I track my order?

A tracking link arrives by email and SMS as soon as the parcel ships. If it has not moved in 48 hours, send us the order number and we will chase the courier ourselves.

Where are you and when can I reach you?

Marivelle Register ships from Pune, Maharashtra. Support is by email, Open daily, 8:00 AM – 10:30 PM IST. Messages arriving outside those hours are answered on the next working day.
